Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Bake and let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Cut the brownies into small cubes.
  • In a trifle dish, layer brownie cubes, peanut butter mixture, whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and mini chocolate chips. Repeat layers.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
