- 1/4 cup sugar

- 24 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust.
- Add red food coloring to the remaining batter and mix until evenly colored. Pour the red batter over the white batter in the pan.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Decorate with Christmas-themed sprinkles before serving.
