Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • Red and green food coloring
  • Christmas-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour half of the batter over the crust.
  • Add red food coloring to the remaining batter and mix until evenly colored. Pour the red batter over the white batter in the pan.
  • Use a toothpick to swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is almost set.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Decorate with Christmas-themed sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • If you want a more intense marbling effect, add more food coloring to the red batter.
  • For a smoother texture, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
  • You can also add a layer of whipped cream or fresh berries on top before serving for extra flair.
