  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, until it is no longer pink in the center.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  • Lay out the tortillas and evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on each one.
  • Divide the chicken strips and chopped parsley between the tortillas.
  • Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go to form a wrap.
  • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
