Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- To assemble the trifle, layer crushed chocolate wafer cookies, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding in a trifle dish.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of chocolate pudding on top.
- Chill trifle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.
