  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (9 oz) package chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  • To assemble the trifle, layer crushed chocolate wafer cookies, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding in a trifle dish.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of chocolate pudding on top.
  • Chill trifle in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.
