- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Continue to cook until the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the beef mixture with the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Stir in the cooked egg noodles and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
