Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Continue to cook until the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the beef mixture with the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Stir in the cooked egg noodles and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
