- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (red and green)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and holiday sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
- If you prefer softer cookies, slightly underbake them.
- You can substitute the holiday sprinkles with other festive decorations like edible glitter or chopped candy canes.
