This no-bake dessert is a delightful blend of creamy white chocolate and fresh blueberries, layered on a buttery graham cracker crust. The smooth and decadent layers of cream cheese and whipped cream make this a perfect summer treat or special occasion dessert.

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate curls (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring occasionally until smooth. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually blend in the melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well incorporated.
- Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with half of the fresh blueberries.
- Repeat with another layer of the remaining cream mixture and blueberries.
- Garnish the top with white chocolate curls.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving to allow the flavors to set.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of white chocolate sauce over the top before serving.
- Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the mixture.
