Description

This no-bake dessert is a delightful blend of creamy white chocolate and fresh blueberries, layered on a buttery graham cracker crust. The smooth and decadent layers of cream cheese and whipped cream make this a perfect summer treat or special occasion dessert.

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate curls (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring occasionally until smooth. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually blend in the melted white chocolate until well combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with half of the fresh blueberries.
  • Repeat with another layer of the remaining cream mixture and blueberries.
  • Garnish the top with white chocolate curls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving to allow the flavors to set.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of white chocolate sauce over the top before serving.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the mixture.
