- 2 lbs tri-tip steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced tri-tip steak to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated steak slices for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- For added flavor, marinate the steak for a longer period of time (up to 4 hours).
