- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lb egg noodles
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the beef stew meat, cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the beef is tender.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
- Once the beef is done, stir in the sour cream to the beef mixture and combine well.
- Serve the beef tips and sauce over the cooked egg noodles.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can substitute the beef broth with a combination of beef broth and red wine.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can stir in a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with a little water just before serving.
