- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki slaw.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill if desired.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun and topping with the tzatziki slaw.

Notes
- You can add a slice of tomato or some fresh herbs like parsley for extra flavor on your burgers.
- For a lighter version, serve the patties without buns on top of a salad.
- If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the patties in a skillet on the stovetop.
