  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweet and spicy pepper jelly
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Crackers, for serving

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jelly, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Before serving, roll the cheeseball in extra chopped pecans.
  • Serve with crackers.
