- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sweet and spicy pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jelly, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, roll the cheeseball in extra chopped pecans.
- Serve with crackers.
