Description

Stuffed Mushroom Dip is a creamy, savory appetizer that’s a twist on the classic stuffed mushrooms. With a blend of cream cheese, Parmesan, and sautéed mushrooms, this dip is baked until bubbly and golden. Perfect for parties, it pairs wonderfully with crackers or crusty bread for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Fold in chopped mushrooms.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
  • Serve warm with crackers or bread for dipping.

Notes

  • You can sauté the chopped mushrooms before adding them to the dip for a deeper flavor.
  • For a lighter version, you can use low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt in place of regular cream cheese.
  • Add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan on top before baking for a golden crust.
