- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and whipped cream until everything is evenly mixed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust in the pan.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can top the cheesecake with extra fresh strawberries or even a strawberry sauce for added flavor and decoration.
- For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill overnight.
- If you prefer a firmer texture, you can add a little bit of gelatin to the filling.
