Ingredients

Add the Pasta:
Stir in the uncooked pasta, ensuring it is fully submerged in the liquid. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more broth or water if needed to keep the pasta from sticking. -
Make It Creamy:
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken. -
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm.

- You can use any type of short pasta (penne, rotini, elbow macaroni) for this dish.
