- 10 fresh red chili peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the chili peppers and roughly chop them.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped chili peppers and minced garlic to the saucepan.
- Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes to soften the peppers.
- Add the white vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Store the spicy pepper sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
