Description

This homemade Spicy Pepper Sauce is a bold, flavorful addition to any meal. Made with fresh chili peppers, garlic, and vinegar, it packs a punch with a tangy kick. Perfect for drizzling over tacos, grilled meats, or adding heat to your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

  • 10 fresh red chili peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

Instructions

  • Remove the stems from the chili peppers and roughly chop them.
  • Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped chili peppers and minced garlic to the saucepan.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes to soften the peppers.
  • Add the white vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Store the spicy pepper sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can adjust the heat level by adding more or fewer chili peppers.
  • For a smoother texture, you can strain the sauce after blending.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce the vinegar slightly during the simmering process.
