  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Crackers or bread, for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dip: In a food processor, combine smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend: Pulse until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve: Serve chilled with crackers or fresh bread for dipping.

Notes

  • Storage: This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Substitutes: If you don’t have fresh dill, you can substitute with dried dill, but use half the amount.
  • For a lighter version, you can replace the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
