- Crackers or bread, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Dip: In a food processor, combine smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Blend: Pulse until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Serve chilled with crackers or fresh bread for dipping.
Notes
- Storage: This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Substitutes: If you don’t have fresh dill, you can substitute with dried dill, but use half the amount.
- For a lighter version, you can replace the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
