- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- For the crisp topping:
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced pears with lemon juice and granulated sugar.
- Spread the pears evenly in a baking dish (9×9-inch recommended).
- Drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the pears.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the crisp topping. Add the cold butter and use a pastry cutter or fork to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the pears and caramel.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the pears are tender.
