- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- Mix in Rice Krispies and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- If you prefer a chewier cookie, slightly underbake them and let them cool on the sheet for a few extra minutes.
