Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  7. Pour cream cheese mixture over the Rice Krispie crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, press the Rice Krispie mixture down tightly into the pan.
  • You can add fruit or chocolate drizzle on top for extra flavor and decoration.
