- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the Rice Krispie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a firmer crust, press the Rice Krispie mixture down tightly into the pan.
- You can add fruit or chocolate drizzle on top for extra flavor and decoration.
