Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Top each ball with a halved maraschino cherry.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow them to firm up.
