These sweet, no-bake Pineapple Christmas Balls are the perfect holiday treat! With a tropical twist from crushed pineapple, a hint of coconut, and a sweet cherry on top, these bite-sized goodies are a festive addition to any Christmas celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Maraschino cherries, drained and halved (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  • Top each ball with a halved maraschino cherry.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow them to firm up.

Notes

  • If you prefer a firmer texture, you can add a little more graham cracker crumbs.
  • These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • For a fun variation, you can roll the balls in extra shredded coconut or chopped nuts for added texture.
