Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted.
  • Add the shredded pepper jack cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra creaminess, you can add a little extra butter or use half-and-half in place of milk. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.
