Description

A sweet, indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of pecan pie with a creamy, layered lasagna-style presentation. This no-bake treat features layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, crunchy pecans, and a rich caramel drizzle. It’s a perfect make-ahead dessert for any gathering!

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
  • 2 3.4 oz. boxes of instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of caramel sauce

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the instant vanilla pudding and milk until well combined.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  • In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  • Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top of the pudding mixture.
  • Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the pecans.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
