- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and remove from heat.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
- Pour half of the pecan mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers and pecan mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture over the top layer of pecans.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
