  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt.
  • Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

  • For a crispier crust, broil the cod for 1-2 minutes at the end of the baking time.
