- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
- Additional shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Dip the chilled balls into melted white chocolate, then roll them in additional shredded coconut.
- Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
