- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/4 cup blue food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until well blended.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just blended.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, crushed cookies, and blue food coloring.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are light brown.
- Cool on wire racks.
Notes
- Make sure not to overmix the dough after adding the flour to keep the cookies soft.
