Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat together the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
- Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened. Do not overmix.
- Fill the Muffin Cups: Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
