- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, spread cherry pie filling over the top.
- Cut into bars and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
