Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Slice the ciabatta bread roll in half and toast it on the grill.
- Spread pesto sauce on both sides of the toasted ciabatta bread.
