- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
- The sauce will thicken as it cools, so feel free to add a small amount of water if you prefer a thinner consistency
