- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 8 slices rye bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
- In a 2-quart baking dish, layer the ingredients in the following order: sauerkraut, beef, Thousand Island dressing, shredded Swiss cheese, and cubed rye bread.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
