  • Author: Mary
  • Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes (including chilling time)
  • Yield: 16-20 squares (depending on size) 1x

Description

This festive Grinch Fudge is the perfect treat for holiday gatherings! With smooth and creamy white chocolate fudge tinted a vibrant green, and topped with red heart sprinkles, it’s a deliciously fun way to celebrate the season. Quick, easy, and a surefire hit with kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Green food coloring (a few drops, as desired)
  • 25 red heart sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fudge Base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add Color: Once the fudge mixture is smooth, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until the desired shade of green is achieved.
  • Set the Fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch square baking pan (or a similar-sized dish). Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until set and firm to the touch.
  • Garnish: Once the fudge is fully set, cut it into squares. Top each piece with a red heart sprinkle to add a pop of color.
  • Serve: Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best texture and flavor. Avoid using chocolate that is too cheap, as it may not melt smoothly.
  • If you want a more intense green color, feel free to add more green food coloring.
  • The red heart sprinkles add a festive touch, but you can also top the fudge with any holiday-themed decorations you like (e.g., mini candy canes, festive sprinkles).
  • This fudge can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
