The sweet and tangy glaze adds an extra layer of flavor, making it a delicious, refreshing main course.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove chicken from the bag and discard marinade. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, bring remaining marinade to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Brush glaze onto chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve chicken hot with extra glaze on the side.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, marinate the chicken for a longer time, up to 4 hours.
- You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier result.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
