- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Pita bread or veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the hummus on a serving plate.
- Top with kalamata olives, cucumber, feta cheese, and parsley.
- Serve with pita bread or veggies.
