Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate. For best results, marinate for 2-4 hours.
