  • 5 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate. For best results, marinate for 2-4 hours.
