  • Author: Mary
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

These Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are the ultimate cheesy snack! Fluffy biscuit dough surrounds a melty mozzarella center, and they’re brushed with a buttery, garlicky coating for extra flavor. Perfect for dipping in marinara sauce, these cheesy delights are a hit at any gathering or for a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 block mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cheese and seal tightly to form a ball.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit bomb.
  • Arrange the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • For a variation, try adding some pepperoni or cooked sausage inside the biscuit bombs for extra flavor.
  • If you like extra cheesy bombs, you can add more mozzarella or try using a blend of cheeses.
  • These are best served immediately while the cheese is still gooey and melty!
