    For the Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce:

    • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
    • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
    • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Wings:

    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and baking powder (if using).
    • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Toss the wings in the olive oil and the spice mixture until well coated.
  • Bake the Wings:

    • Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack. Bake for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
  • Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

    • While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Coat the Wings:
