- 1 cup dried figs
- 1 cup dates
- 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions
- Soak pistachios in water for 4 hours or overnight.
- In a food processor, blend soaked pistachios, figs, dates, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Press the mixture into a springform pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
