Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 3 equal pieces.
- Place the pastry pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
