  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the puff pastry sheet into 3 equal pieces.
  • Place the pastry pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
