Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, then mix in the ranch seasoning.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping. Sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, uncover the potatoes and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
