  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, then mix in the ranch seasoning.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping. Sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
