  • Author: Mary
  • Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes

Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a hearty and easy-to-make dish that combines the classic flavors of lasagna with the convenience of frozen ravioli. Layered with a savory meat sauce and gooey melted cheese, it’s the perfect comfort food for busy days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add a layer of frozen ravioli. Top with more sauce and a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat the layers.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef for a lighter option.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add extra vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • Make sure to use frozen ravioli, as fresh ravioli may not hold up well in the slow cooker.
