  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add all other ingredients on top of the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.
