- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8–10 pepperoncini peppers
- ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
- ½ cup butter, sliced
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the diced onion, pepperoncini peppers, and pour the juice from the peppers over the top.
- Top with sliced butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it all together to combine the flavors.
