Tender, crispy chicken breasts (or tenders) are marinated in buttermilk, coated with seasoned flour and panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch, then wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 chicken tenders)

For the Wrap:
- 4 small flour tortillas
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- ½ cup sliced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Start by marinating the chicken. If using breasts, slice them into strips or tender-sized pieces. Place the chicken in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing any excess liquid to drip off. Dredge each piece of chicken first in the seasoned flour, then dip in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat each piece evenly.
- Fry the breaded chicken pieces in the hot oil, cooking for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- To assemble the wraps, lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
- Place 2-3 pieces of crispy chicken on top of the ranch dressing.
- Add a handful of shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese (if using), and a few slices of tomatoes (if using).
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
