- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
- You can add Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
