2 (8 oz) cans crescent roll dough

4 ounces cream cheese

6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

2 cups shredded cheese (Colby Jack and Cheddar)

6–8 ounces thick-cut ham, cubed into ½-cm pieces

1–2 whole jalapeños, deseeded and finely chopped

2 teaspoons freeze-dried parsley

½ teaspoon ground pepper

½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and layer it evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing seams together to form one continuous layer.

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and softened. Add the eggs and milk and whisk until fully combined.

Stir in the shredded cheese, ham, jalapeños, parsley, pepper, and salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll dough in the baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set, the top is golden brown, and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
