  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the pork chops on both sides.
