Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the pork chops on both sides.

- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
