- 1 box jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
