Description

  • 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Divide the bread mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the tops of each muffin.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the muffins.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and set.
