- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Divide the bread mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Drizzle melted butter over the tops of each muffin.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the muffins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and set.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- If you’d like a more decadent treat, drizzle with maple syrup or a glaze after baking.
